The UNIK PC a Single Rotary Tablet Press with Pre Compression, it is a pilot Tablet Press capable of producing up to 118,800 tablets per hour ("BB" Tooling). The robust construction of this Tablet Press ensures smooth running even at high speed. The Unik PC is available in "D", "B", "BB" tooling and is manufatured to meet the strict guidelines of GMP. The Unik PC is a very compact tablet press that is easy to use, yet equipped with advanced features.When Instrumented, it can maintain production and quality records, store recipes, manage level passwords and alarm logs. The Unik PC Tablet Press is equipped with all, mandatory safety features, plus an operator friendly ergonomic layout. The innovatively designed turret is made of Electroless Nickel Plated of high tensile strength to ensure long life and less wear and tear.

The UNIK PC is constructed with Electroless Nickel Plating Turret and Upper cam tracks, HOS : Hydraulic overload system. It includes Pre Compression for difficult / fluffy and fine granule producction, front Control Knobs that include Depth of fill, Tablet Thickness & Pre Compression. The Unik PC has an integrated Touch Screen HMI: An integrated Swing Arm Control Panel.The MMI displays critical processes parameters and offers a simple and user friendly control environment. Some of the optional features of the Unik PC are Hygrospray technology (for effervescent tablet), lower punch keyway for break line/embossing alignment, core rod arrangements for polo type tablet, printer compatibility, three piece stainless steel turret ( Die Plate - SS 316), multi-tooling turret, anti Vibration mounts, with Force monitoring System (Force Display), IQ, OQ, DQ documents and test certificates provided on request.
