The PRI6T-1000 Automatic Liquid Filling Machine has six filling heads, which are driven by six cylinders; principle that makes our machine faster and more accurate as compared to other liquid filling machines in the market. Our liquid filler adopts the pneumatic part of Germany FESTO, making its performance steady and reliable. All the contact parts are 316L stainless steel, the photoelectric eyes are from Korea S, touch-sensitive HMI (Human Machine Interphase), frequency converter and French electric apparatus components. Adjustment is convenient, and filling carried out only with bottles fed, filling volume is accurate and with count function. It adopt filling head of anti-leakage and anti-pull, filling lifting system of anti-high blister products, orientation system of guaranteeing bottleneck orientation and liquid location control system.
